Mr Ferrari went all gourmet with a pineapple, stem ginger and cinnamon cream filling.
I went retro, a la Little Chef, jubilee pancakes filled with cherry and ice cream.
The Hound went minimalist, just pancake no topping.
The Other Miss Pickering drank red wine.

your lil chef version whisked me back to being 12 years old + happy to be heading away from school (on the a1) who knew a pancake could stir up the emotions so?! x
They tasted just the same! It did take 4 supermarkets before i found the cherry pie filling, everything is super healthy and in grape juice nowadays.
