The customer is not always right

sometimes you just have to smile so so sweetly and say

"Tesco is just across the way, they will have what you are looking for"

 Kill them with kindness.

Then i spilt my quinoa salad all over the floor

that will teach them.

Do you have the problem with people knocking on the door wanting in early in the morning when your opening hours are clearly marked? grrrr

This sums up the last few days. I love it when they try to tell me how to do my job and just how easy it is. I feel like saying "what do you do? oh you're an accountant? well that must be easy what with calculators and excel programs these days, so you don't do any actual work then." Grrrr.

I love your bowl of mp.com buttons! You won't find those at Tesco.

I love sending them to Wholefoods. I love saying we aren't the florist for them, but there IS a florist for everyone. I love saying "we don't carry alstromeria". I love saying no. Took years to do it.
